How to reach us

Medellin Dental Solutions, a dentist in Medellín, in the Palms building on Avenida Las Palmas, El Poblado

Mall Palms Avenue, on Las Palmas. We are on the third floor, office 330.

We answer as quickly as we can during working hours. If you write on a Saturday afternoon or on Sunday, you will hear from us first thing Monday. Not because the message was missed, but because that is when we are back.

Or write to us here

If WhatsApp is not convenient, this reaches the same inbox.

Are you in Medellín, or travelling here?

Clínica Ártica S.A.S. · NIT 900.216.711-1 · Calle 18 No. 35-69, Palms Avenue, Medellín · info@clinicaartica.com. You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Please do not send photographs or X-rays through this form — send those by WhatsApp, where they stay private.

What to send in your first message

Your question is enough to start. Tell us what is bothering you, or what treatment you are considering, and a dentist will take it from there.

If you already have photographs or X-rays, send those too. One of our dentists will look at them, and it means the first answer you get is about your teeth rather than about dentistry in general. Send those by WhatsApp rather than through the form.

What we can tell you from photographs is preliminary, and we will say so. The treatment plan and the exact figure come after an examination.

Looking for an English-speaking dentist in Medellín?

You can write to us in English and you will be answered in English, by a dentist here rather than by a translation service.

This matters more than it sounds. Dentistry is full of words that do not survive a rough translation — the difference between a crown and a veneer, between a build-up and a post, between what a price includes and what it does not. Understanding those in your own language is not a luxury. It is how you end up agreeing to the treatment you actually wanted.

If Spanish is easier for you, that is fine too. Write in whichever you prefer.

If you are travelling to Medellín

Write to us before you book your flights.

Different treatments need different amounts of time here, and some need two trips rather than one. Colombia also has a high number of public holidays, and a week with two of them can stretch laboratory work by days.

Tell us roughly what you are considering and the dates you have in mind, and we will tell you honestly whether they work before you have paid for anything.

    If you live in Medellín

Appointments are arranged the same way. Write or call, tell us what you need and roughly when suits you, and we will find a time.

If you are not sure what you need, say that. A cleaning and an examination with one of our dentists is where most people start, and it is the appointment where a small problem gets found while it is still small.

And if you would rather read before you write to a dentist, every treatment has its own page with the figures on it: dental implants, crowns and bridges, dental veneers, Invisalign, root canals and the rest of what we do.

    Getting here, on the day

From the airport. We are on Avenida Las Palmas, the road between El Poblado and José María Córdova international airport. That puts us roughly 30 to 45 minutes from arrivals, traffic depending, and on the way into the city rather than across it.

Tell the driver “Carulla Las Palmas” and ask to be left at the main entrance. Drivers know the supermarket; far fewer know the building by its address.

Thirty seconds, filmed along the route in by car. The walk-in route is beside it.

    1

    Down to Sótano 1

In front of Carulla, go round to the right of the building and take the stairs down.

    2

Swap an ID for an access card

At the reception desk. They hold it while you are inside.

    3

    Lifts marked Offices

    Up to the third floor.

    4

Tap the card, then straight on

The glass door opens. Office 330 is at the end of the hall, on the left.

About that ID. Leave a card you can afford to be without for an hour — a gym card, a library card, an office card. We would not leave a passport, a driving licence or a cédula at a reception desk, and we do not think you should either.

If you are driving, come into the building car park rather than looking for a space on Las Palmas. You still collect an access card at the reception desk before going up: the glass door on the third floor does not open without it.

The door says Clínica Ártica. That is us. Medellin Dental Solutions is how we work with our English-speaking patients, in the same offices, with the same specialists.
